New Apartments in Hartford, CT

Rounding out the last few parcels of land near our Spotlight Theatre and Front Street Lofts apartment building in downtown Hartford is a new 53 unit apartment building for Whiting Turner. Jeff and Blake were up there yesterday to check on the progress.  The site is bound on the edge of UConn’s campus. The lowest level will contain boutique retail space.
