Named Mid-Rise Project of the Year by Multifamily Executive, this collaboration with Dranoff Properties is the new highlight of the neighborhood. It is Philadelphia’s first LEED-registered residential, mixed-use building, connecting South Broad Street to the emerging Avenue of the Arts by bringing light, dramatic architecture, and retail to the area.
