Anthony Wayne III

Anthony Wayne III is Philadelphia’s only Affordable Senior Living facility that is certified Passive House.  Being a certified Passive House design means that the building requires very little energy to operate efficiently and therefore has ultra low energy consumption saving residents money.  The project is the last phase of a three building concept.  The living units are spacious with tall ceilings and large windows which allow fixed income seniors to have all of the same luxuries as they would in a market rate building.
