Regal Entertainment Group replaced their existing and outdated six screen United Artists Theatre with a new thirteen screen 70,000sf venue. The unique theater on a tight site in downtown Lynbrook, NY is built over two levels and includes tiered platforms with luxury recliner seating. The building anchors a major intersection with a generous pocket park, and a classic blade sign marquee marking the entrance. In addition to conventional concessions options, the theater will include a bar with lounge seating. Through materials, color and lighting, the theater offers a sophisticated environment that enhances the movie-going experience.
