The Capital Grille – Philadelphia

Our goal was help the designer, Neimitz Design Group, to modify their prototypical design to fit the vast, unusual space. The project resulted in a formal 230-seat restaurant that features custom mahogany millwork, dramatic coffered ceilings, custom chandeliers, and a state-of-the-art open kitchen. Three additional private dining rooms along the Broad Street exposure were added a year later, increasing the square footage by 1,000 feet, adding approximately 60 seats, and cementing the Capital Grille as part of the Avenue of the Arts’ renaissance.
