Southstar Lofts Grand Opening April 2014

This time last year, the JKR Team of Jerry Roller, Jonathan Broh, Mike Izzo and Zachary Gulick attended the groundbreaking ceremony for Southstar Lofts, Dranoff Properties’ latest mixed-use project along the Avenue of the Arts in Center City Philadelphia. JKR Partners designed the new $32 million upscale development with 85 luxury apartments and 10,000sf of prime retail space at the corner of Broad and South Streets. Clemens Construction has been diligently working hard through the winter months readying the building for its April grand opening. Here are some construction photos of its current state.
