Elizabeth Timms grew up in Virginia Beach where she developed a deep love and respect for nature and an interest in sustainability. After graduating from the University of Virginia with a degree in Environmental Science, she spent three years in Baltimore working in civil engineering. She is currently pursuing a Master of Architecture from Temple University with a focus on sustainable design. When she is not working or studying, she can be found hiking, reading her kindle, or snuggling with her cat.
