Email LinkedIn

Samantha joined JKRP in 2017 after completing her master’s degree at WashU in St. Louis, with previous construction experience working for a general contractor on wide variety of governmental and LEED projects, as well as architectural experience working on residential and historic projects in the St. Louis area. At JKRP, she continues to work primarily in the multi-family housing market, including work on the firm’s first LEED Gold project, a new apartment building in Newark, NJ. She has also worked on the conversion of a historic warehouse in Kensington using historic tax credits into affordable apartment units and maker spaces. When she’s not in the office, she’s probably in front of a stove or on a yoga mat, perfecting her roux and her wheel pose.
