11 Cooper

Eleven Cooper is a 156 unit residential development for The Michaels Organization along the waterfront in Camden, New Jersey. This project is the first new market rate apartment building to be built in the city in over 30 years! The project consists of studios, one, and two bedroom units and 192 parking spaces. The project is part of the rebirth of Camden’s waterfront and a piece of the larger development by Liberty Property Trust which includes over a million square feet of new office space. The project is the literal “gateway” to the development as a large public plaza embraces the corner of Cooper Street and Delaware Avenue. The contemporary building takes its cues from Camden’s industrial past with its classic brick and metal materials.
