1200 Washington

1200 Washington is a ground up mixed use building in South Philadelphia. The 48 unit luxury apartment building has four floors of residential over one floor of amenities and ground floor retail.  Along one side of the building a private outdoor lounge was created giving residents their own outdoor patio to entertain guests and barbecue.
