81 Arch

Eighty One Arch is a new 5-story 68,000 square foot mixed-use building that houses 53 residential units above 11,500 square feet of ground floor retail. The building is constructed of 4-stories of wood framing over a steel and concrete podium. The exterior is clad in a variety of materials including ground face block, brick, fiber cement plank, and metal panels, providing a range of textures, colors, and transparency. The unit mix consists of 16 studios, 14 one-bedroom units, and 23 two-bedroom units. In addition, 13 of the 14 one-bedroom units have 100 square feet of private outdoor deck space and 21 of 23 two-bedroom units are bi-level and contain balconies. Lastly, as an amenity to the residential tenants, the front corner of the 5th floor contains an interior wet bar and outdoor roof deck, which offers views of Hartford’s skyline.
