A&E Construction Office

JKRP Architects helped renovate a former 2 story car dealership into a modern open office space for A&E Construction. The existing 10,000 sf was expanded to 18,000 sf including a new mezzanine event space with a full industrial kitchen, brewery, and garage doors opening up to an outdoor roof area. Several skylights were added and walls were taken down to create a central open work space bordered by full height glass offices and meeting rooms to increase the transfer natural light.
