Bennetts Mills

JKRP renovated 760 linear feet of retail space at the Bennetts Mills shopping center in Jackson, NJ. The challenge was how to maintain a sense of verticality and approachable scale in such a long expanse of site. We decided to break up the facade with vertical towers and black screens using a limited material palette of brick, stucco, and longboard. The center is owned and operated by Brixmor. Some key tenants include: County Line Veterinary Hospital, Dollar Tree, Encore Dental, Home Wine & Liquors, Jersey Mikes, and more.
