Cobbs Creek

Cobbs Creek Shopping Center is a grocery anchored strip retail center built in the 1950’s. The center had undergone numerous renovations and additions, before JKRP Architects produced a design that brought the center into the 21st century, creating a vibrant new hub within the community. A completely new façade, from canopies to storefront to signs, was part of a new leasing strategy meant to bring the center in line with the needs of this gentrifying neighborhood.
