This seven story project is built using modular building methods over two levels of podium construction. Consisting of 281 units, the metal clad and wood exterior breaks up the facade on both sides which helps break down the mass. The undulations of the facade are created using different modules of prefabricated boxes that further enhances light and shadow and visual interest. A mix of retail and covered parking makes up the first floor which also includes bike parking and electric vehicle charging.
