JKRP renovated the 85,179 square feet which included the existing 17-story masonry building and adjoining 2-story parking garage, pool, and parking field at the rear of the property. The exterior building work consisted of repairing the masonry façade, entrance canopy, and cantilevered balconies; replacing all storefront; replacing all windows to match the original aluminum double-hung and fixed window profiles; replaced all balcony divider panels; and provided new roofing over the main building, as well as the corner patios on the top floor,
Interior work consisted of renovating the ground floor to provide a new and expanded lobby, property management, and mail room spaces, amenities such as working and conference room spaces, fitness center with a private studio space, pet wash, and communal laundry, and Club Room.
