The Simon at Founders Row in West Philadelphia is Campus Apartment’s newest residence hall for University of Pennsylvania students. The building contains 23 spacious apartment style units, an efficient gym, and private off street parking. The building is a mix of one 3 bedroom unit and a variety of 4 and 5 bedroom apartments, which all include a private bathroom per bedroom. This is not your typical student residence hall!
