The Umbrella Building

The renovation of the historic Umbrella Factory in the East Kensington section of the city transforms the former industrial building into 181 market rate apartments with retail on the ground floor. A new roof deck with panoramic views of the city skyline and a rooftop pool on the ninth floor was added. The full renovation includes replacing all of the windows with historically accurate windows and aluminum single hung windows and expansive steel warehouse windows.
