Previously a home for retired musicians, we’ve completely renovated this space, creating 45 independent living rental units open to all seniors. We painstakingly preserved original details, and Presser Senior Apartments was recently awarded a Preservation Award by the Preservation Alliance of Greater Philadelphia. New energy efficient windows were installed to complete the renovation.
We transformed this historic four-story building from a public elementary school originally built in 1909 to apartments for seniors. The result? Thirty-nine apartment units, a community room, office, and modern elevators connecting it all.
