Brixmor Office
This proposal reinvigorates an existing strip retail center by slicing through the corner of the property creating a new office space that opens to a landscaped terrace. What was once a loading zone and a leftover space for some retailers that did not need street presence, the new office broke through block walls and installed […]

Heirloom Market is the first urban format store from Giant. The 9,500 sf store has everything you would expect in a larger grocery store in a smaller footprint. The Capital Grille – Houston
As the chain’s Texas flagship store, the 375-seat restaurant features rich mahogany millwork, custom light fixtures, and brass detailing. The Capital Grille’s new prototypical design features have a more contemporary feel created by an enormous granite bar with large windows which open onto the outdoor patio.
The Capital Grille – Philadelphia

The project resulted in a formal 230-seat restaurant that features custom mahogany millwork, dramatic coffered ceilings, custom chandeliers, and a state-of-the-art open kitchen. Three additional private dining rooms along the Broad Street exposure were added […]
