We worked with MCB Real Estate to develop a concept design for zoning approval on a new construction self-storage facility in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia. This five-story, 150,000 SF building includes 945 self-storage units and a small retail space on the ground floor.

WIMCO – Raleigh

JKRP is currently working on a 3-story, 650-unit self-storage facility in Raleigh, NC. The building design was inspired by the nearby buildings and residences, while also meeting zoning and variance requirements. The building design was approved by the jurisdiction and the design has moved into construction documentation.

Extra Space Storage – Sarasota

Extra Space Storage in Sarasota, FL is a 100,000 SF ground-up self-storage facility. The project has a fully conditioned interior, drive-up exterior units, and exterior space for RV and boat storage. This proposed project consists of a 52,000 SF, three-story vertical expansion on an existing 87,000 SF, five-story self-storage facility. It also includes a 46,000 SF three-story parking garage constructed on an existing parking lot.

Extra Space Storage – Fayetteville

Extra Space Storage in Fayetteville, GA is a three-story, 95,000 SF ground-up self-storage facility. Currently under construction with an expected completion date of Spring 2024, the building will include a total of 759 units as well as small retail and customer service areas on the ground floor.

Life Storage – Germantown

Life Storage Germantown is a six-story, 130,000 SF ground up self-storage facility. It features 1,210 climate-controlled storage units ranging in size from 5’x5’ to 10’x25’.
