Building Philadelphia’s Housing Future

Committed to Building the Homes Philadelphia Needs

Creating affordable housing in Philadelphia is a long, intricate process shaped by funding cycles, regulatory requirements, and extensive coordination. JKRP embraces these challenges and works closely with partners such as PHA and PHFA to help move projects forward. Our goal is simple: bring high-quality affordable units to the families who need them most. We pursue these opportunities with intention because accessible housing strengthens communities.

Our Role in Affordable Housing

Affordable housing requires more than design. It requires an experienced partner who understands how to navigate timing, funding sources, community priorities, and long-term stakeholder collaboration. JKRP supports clients at every stage, helping projects advance through the complexities of agency processes and keeping developments positioned for successful completion.

We seek out opportunities to contribute to Philadelphia’s affordable housing supply and work closely with public agencies, nonprofit organizations, and development teams to ensure these projects can be built and occupied.
