Samantha joined JKRP in 2017 after completing her master’s degree at WashU in St. Louis, with previous construction experience working for a general contractor on wide variety of governmental and LEED projects, as well as architectural experience working on residential and historic projects in the St. Louis area. At JKRP, she continues to work primarily in the multi-family housing market, including work on the firm’s first LEED Gold project, a new apartment building in Newark, NJ. As Sustainability Coordinator, she also works to advance the office’s sustainability efforts in design practice and operations. When she’s not in the office, she’s probably in her kitchen testing out new recipes or out running on the Schuylkill River Trail.
