Chestnut Street Row is a façade renovation of a one-story retail building at a prominent Center City Philadelphia intersection. Positioned adjacent to a pocket park and surrounded by major office towers, the project reimagines the building’s street presence through a contemporary palette of Longboard accents, expansive storefront glazing, and integrated sunshades. The redesign enhances retail visibility while creating a stronger pedestrian experience and a more cohesive relationship with the surrounding urban streetscape.
