The Capital Grille in Philadelphia adapts the brand’s prototype to a uniquely configured urban space along the Avenue of the Arts. The 230-seat restaurant features custom mahogany millwork, dramatic coffered ceilings, custom chandeliers, and an open exhibition kitchen that anchors the dining experience. A subsequent expansion added three private dining rooms along Broad Street, increasing the restaurant’s footprint by approximately 1,000 SF and providing additional space for private events and group dining.
