Private Residence, Rittenhouse Square

Starting with only exterior walls and stairs, our design for this penthouse on Rittenhouse Square was tailored to meet the owner’s desire to separate the public spaces suited for entertaining from the private living spaces. In order to link the bedrooms to the living spaces, a private balcony was enclosed with floor to ceiling windows to create a large conservatory. The roof deck also features an outdoor kitchen, pergola, and water feature.
