Sweet Nel’s is an all-natural gourmet ice cream parlor and gelateria in Wilmington, Delaware. JKRP developed the prototype design for the brand with future franchise expansion in mind. Rather than relying on the bright colors traditionally associated with ice cream shops, the interior features a warm, contemporary material palette inspired by the atmosphere of an Italian espresso bar. The design supports both the gelateria and café concepts, creating a welcoming environment that reflects the brand’s identity.
