Malvern Shopping Center is a 16,700 SF retail development located at the corner of South Morehall Road and Lincoln Highway in Malvern, Pennsylvania. The design combines locally sourced Wissahickon schist with exposed structural steel to create a contemporary architectural expression that respects the area’s historic character. To maximize visibility from South Morehall Road, the building gently bends toward the intersection, while elevated tenant signage responds to the adjacent highway and enhances the retail presence.
