The first phase of this affordable housing development owned by the Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) involves renovating an existing 18-story, 250,000 SF residential tower at the corner of N 11th Street and W Cumberland Street. PHA will also be constructing 28 new single-family affordable townhomes and a new community center along N 10th Street. The site will also include new parking and a renovated pedestrian park between the two towers.
