U-HAUL – Quakertown

We provided conceptual design for U-Haul Quakertown, a 3-story, 100,000 SF ground-up self-storage facility. The facility features a variety of storage unit sizes in a climate-controlled environment. The first floor contains a 2,500 SF sales showroom and office. One of the challenges of this location was to create a design that fits within the rural context. We’ve utilized Bucks County Ledgestone, wood-look siding, and standing seam metal siding on the façade to relate to the vernacular.
