Anthony Wayne Senior Housing

We transformed this historic four-story building from a public elementary school originally built in 1909 to apartments for seniors. The result? Thirty-nine apartment units, a community room, office, and modern elevators connecting it all. Redesigned with residents in mind, the site now provides a secure, handicap-accessible main entrance and parking lot. The success of this project has lead to the completion of two more new buildings on the site supporting the seniors of the community.
