The project encompassed the renovation of the Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms, the Grill Room and the expansion and renovation of the Patio. The Men’s Locker Room renovation included a reconfigured entry area and bathroom along with new finishes such as carpet, floor and wall tile and wall and ceiling paint and fixtures such as benches, lockers, shower stalls, toilet stalls, toilets and vanities. The Women’s Locker Room renovation included new amenities such as bulletins boards, receptacles and storge. The renovation of the Grille Room included the construction of an expanded exterior landing and stairs, a new double door exterior entrance, new and larger windows, a new half-way house (accessed from the exterior landing), new built-in shelving with a stone counter open and closed storage, a new u-shaped bar with back bar, a reconfigured entry area from the Grill Room to the Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms and a new coffered ceiling with new finishes such as carpet, floor tile and wall and ceiling paint and fixtures and furniture such as bar equipment, TV’s, tables and chairs. The expansion and renovation of the Patio included the construction of a new covered patio with a new landing and stairs from the Grill Room, a new open grill area and a new open lower patio. The covered patio has a stamped concrete floor, wood trim clad columns and a wood bead board ceiling with ceiling fans and recessed lighting. The lower patio has a paver floor and low wall and a built-in fire pit. Both spaces included new fixtures such as tables and chairs. The project provided the members with updated finishes and fixtures throughout the Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms and completely transformed spaces for Grill Room and Patio. The interior and exterior dining spaces allow for a comfortable and engaging experience with fantastic views of the golf course.
