A long-underutilized parking lot at the corner of 22nd and Lombard Streets was redeveloped into three contemporary luxury townhomes with private parking. Each residence includes a finished basement, three stories of living space, and a rooftop terrace with views of the Philadelphia skyline. A carefully composed palette of brick, metal panels, and wood allows the development to complement the character of the surrounding historic neighborhood while introducing a distinctly contemporary architectural expression.
