JKRP is designing a new residential community at 9914–18 Bustleton Avenue that will provide 90 garden-style apartments within six three-story walkup buildings on a 4.25-acre site. The unit mix will include 30 one-bedroom apartments ranging from 850 to 900 SF and 60 two-bedroom apartments ranging from 960 to 1,200 SF. The project will be built in two phases and organized around a stream that bisects the property, requiring a DEP Stream Crossing Permit and sensitive site planning. Phase One will deliver 54 units across three buildings located east of the stream, while Phase Two will deliver 36 units across three buildings on the west side. The combined building area will total 108,531 SF.
