The Avenue of the Arts Building at the corner of Broad and Chestnut Streets in Philadelphia was transformed into The Griffin, converting 17 floors of former dormitory space into 217 apartments. The renovation introduced a new 18th-floor amenity level with an outdoor rooftop terrace overlooking City Hall, along with a business lounge, golf simulator, fitness center, and yoga studio. The entrance was reimagined with soaring ceilings and contemporary finishes, creating a welcoming arrival experience that complements the building’s residential transformation.
