Regal Times Square, the flagship theater for Regal Cinemas, underwent a comprehensive three-phase renovation to modernize the moviegoing experience. The project included new finishes throughout every auditorium, replacement of existing seating with state-of-the-art rocker seats, and upgrades to all public circulation spaces, including the promenade and restrooms. The final phase completely reimagined the two-story lobby, introducing contemporary finishes and a refreshed design that reflects Regal’s flagship identity while enhancing the arrival experience for guests.
