JKRP is partnering with Johnson Development Associates on a two-story, 99,900 SF self storage facility in Palm Coast, Florida. The design includes an office suite and loading lobbies on the first floor to support daily operations and customer access. Exterior accessed drive-up units are located around the perimeter. The overall design focuses on clear circulation, efficient loading areas, and a clean architectural expression.
