In collaboration with Johnson Development Associates, JKRP designed a three-story, 100,000 GSF climate-controlled self storage facility in Rockledge, Florida. The building features well-planned loading areas, a mix of unit sizes, and an interior environment shaped by clean lines and a durable, modern material palette. The design supports efficient movement through the building while maintaining a comfortable experience for customers and staff.
