Life Storage Germantown is a six-story, 130,000 SF ground up self-storage facility. It features 1,210 climate-controlled storage units ranging in size from 5’x5’ to 10’x25’. There is a 7,500 SF enclosed parking garage and loading area on the first floor, as well as a 600 SF sales office. One of the challenges during this project included a 10’ grade change across the site requiring a balance of cut and fill and a series of retaining walls. Additionally, we had to capture all the storm water which was done in an underground basin under the parking garage slab.
