We collaborated with MCB Real Estate on the concept design and zoning approval process for a new self-storage facility in Philadelphia’s Kensington neighborhood. The five-story, 150,000 SF building is designed to accommodate 945 self-storage units, along with a small ground-floor retail space that contributes to the surrounding streetscape and neighborhood activity.
