The Witherspoon was transformed from an office building into a market-rate residential community through a comprehensive adaptive reuse project. The renovation converted the upper floors into extended-stay residences for Sonder while introducing new windows, redesigned common areas and amenity spaces, and a reimagined lobby and retail experience. Together, these improvements reposition the historic building for contemporary urban living while preserving its presence within the city streetscape.
