Anthony Wayne II

Created east to the Phase I building, this project consists of a new four-story building with 46 apartments for senior living. Amenities include a central community room, management office, and service spaces. This project was made possible by funding from the Philadelphia Redevelopment Authority (RDA) and the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Authority (PHFA).

Presser Senior Apartments

Previously a home for retired musicians, we’ve completely renovated this space, creating 45 independent living rental units open to all seniors. We painstakingly preserved original details, and Presser Senior Apartments was recently awarded a Preservation Award by the Preservation Alliance of Greater Philadelphia. New energy efficient windows were installed to complete the renovation.

Memory Care at Luther Park

Further providing for the Gloria Dei communities, this 21-unit addition focuses exclusively on the comprehensive care of residents with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-related disorders.
