Originally constructed in 1884, Wilde Yarns Lofts transforms a historic textile mill complex into contemporary loft residences through a thoughtful adaptive reuse. Working within the requirements of historic tax credits, JKRP restored the three-building complex by installing historically appropriate replacement windows while preserving original wood floors and the building’s industrial character wherever possible. Expansive warehouse-style windows, exposed historic materials, and authentic architectural details define the loft living experience while celebrating the site’s manufacturing heritage.
