Located in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood, this ground-up cinema reimagines the traditional multiplex for a dense urban site. Working within an 8,500 SF footprint, JKRP designed a vertical theater organized across four levels, maximizing efficiency while providing the amenities of a contemporary multiplex. The result is a compact, functional cinema that responds to the constraints of its urban context through thoughtful planning and design.
