777 South Broad Street is a mixed-use residential development completed in collaboration with Dranoff Properties. As Philadelphia’s first LEED-registered mixed-use residential building, the project helped strengthen the connection between South Broad Street and the emerging Avenue of the Arts. The development includes 146 apartments, 18,900 SF of ground-floor retail, and 157 parking spaces, while incorporating sustainable design strategies and environmentally responsible materials throughout.
