We transformed the former office building of 1616 Walnut in the heart of Center City, Philadelphia into a unique apartment complex. Working closely with The Philadelphia Historical Commission and the Preservation Alliance, we rehabilitated the 90-year-old property while maintaining some of its most classic features, such as the Art Deco entrance lobby, elevator cabs, and penthouse. The building now boasts over 30 different unit layouts, consisting of bi-level lofts and unique residences with floor-to-ceiling historic woodwork.  Interiors by Floss Barber Inc.
