Nugent Senior Housing

Consisting of three scenic Mt. Airy historical structures, The Nugent Estate, Presser Halls, and a tudor-style Carriage House, our project includes a new six-story structure running along the back portion of the site. The Nugent Estate, Presser Halls, and the new six-story building have been designed as affordable independent living apartments, while the Carriage House has been redesigned as the news sales office for the site.
