81 Arch is a five-story, 68,000 SF mixed-use development featuring 53 residential units above 11,500 SF of ground-floor retail. The building is constructed with four stories of wood framing over a steel and concrete podium and is clad in a combination of ground-face block, brick, fiber cement siding, and metal panels that create a varied architectural expression. The residential program includes 16 studio, 14 one-bedroom, and 23 two-bedroom apartments. Thirteen of the 14 one-bedroom units feature private 100 SF outdoor decks, while 21 of the 23 two-bedroom residences are bi-level and include private balconies. A fifth-floor amenity lounge with a wet bar opens onto a rooftop terrace overlooking the Hartford skyline.
