Fairhill Phase III is the most recent addition to the Philadelphia Housing Authority’s (PHA) Fairhill Development, delivering 68 new townhomes, bringing the total to 74 residential units, along with a community center designed to support residents and strengthen neighborhood connections. The development completes a significant portion of the neighborhood fabric by transforming formerly vacant lots along North 10th Street between West Cumberland Street and West Dauphin Street into vibrant, high-quality housing. Designed to meet all PHA visitability standards, the homes also achieve ENERGY STAR® certification and Enterprise Green Communities requirements, providing residents with highly energy-efficient, sustainable, and accessible homes that will serve the community for generations to come.
