Regal Bricktown delivers a contemporary cinema experience while addressing the complex acoustic challenges of a mixed-use building. Located above ground-floor retail within a shopping center, the theater was designed to minimize sound transmission between the retail spaces and auditoriums through the use of floating isolation slabs, elastomeric pads, dedicated sound traps, and specialized floor construction methods. The result is a high-performance cinema environment that balances immersive entertainment with the demands of adjacent commercial uses.
